Power-packed breakfast sammy

What’s on my plate today?  Just an amazing power breakfast sandwich!

I started with Ezekiel English muffin, topped with a ½ ounce of wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon, and thinly sliced avocado.  Then I took 1 brown egg and scrambled it in a pan with a handful off baby spinach, added a little fresh ground pepper and a dash of salt and devoured it right away!  Total calorie count, you ask?? About 200 calories!

What would Chuck Norris think of this power packed breakfast sandwich?
